Try a Natural Cleaner For A Bit

Some of the best cleaners that you can get for your house, it turns out, are the ones that you make your own. Ever wonder how people cleaned their homes before we had a grocery store full of cleaners? There was a time when homemade soaps and other natural cleaners were the norm. They work just as well today and these natural cleaners can be made for free!

When it comes to natural cleaning there are a few staples that it helps to have around. This includes things like white vinegar, lemon juice, baking soda, and apple cider vinegar. These staples make up the biggest component of most natural cleaning products and are quite strong, while still being perfectly safe.

Vinegar can be used in basically the same way you use bleach. It can also be diluted quite substantially, making it highly economical. Apple cider vinegar works as an astringent, a conditioner, and a cleaner. Some people prefer the smell of ACV to regular vinegard.

Baking soda makes a great water softner for the wash. It also can be used to scrub things that need a little extra oomph to get clean. It makes a great degreaser and is a fantastic natural oven cleaner.

So the next time you get ready to replenish your cleaning supplies for the month try something homemade, you might be surprised!
